Responding to that, Acting Head of the Republic of Indonesia Ministry of Communication and Information Bureau, Ferdinandus Setu, said that in relation to the discourse of providing illicit facts by the MUI and pushing for blocking online games, it would take a wise and prudent attitude.

Certainly, the RI Ministry of Communication and Information will not arbitrarily act in blocking the game in question. During this time, there is a legal umbrella that regulates online games that contain the classification of online game users.

This rule is Ministerial Regulation number 11 of 2016 concerning Game Play Age Classification.

Therefore, it can be said in the near future or certainly will not immediately block the intended online game. So far from the Ministry of Communication and Information Republic of Indonesia, there has been no prohibition on online gaming in cyberspace.
